New distribution agreement with Splan opens up new possibilities for next-generation visitor management systems.
LenelS2 announced a distribution agreement for North America with Splan, a provider of advanced visitor control software solutions and LenelS2's OpenAccess Alliance Program (OAAP) partner. This agreement will allow LenelS2 and partners to provide a better user experience for contactless access control systems, including visitor control. As part of the agreement, Splan's visitor management solutions are integrated into the flagship OnGuard® and NetBox™ systems, as well as the BlueDiamond™ mobile credential system. LenelS2 is part of Carrier Global Corporation, a leading global provider of healthy, safe and sustainable buildings and cold chains.
The agreement with Splan provides a network of distributors with access to advanced visitor control and registration solutions that address the new CODIV-19 challenges faced by offices, schools, public institutions, and others. Through the integration of solutions, the end user will be able to easily and quickly when needed implement cloud and mobile solutions for monitoring and tracking visitors.
When integrated with LenelS2 access control systems, Splan is responsible for assigning credentials to visitors, employees from other offices, suppliers and contractors using dynamic credentials or existing access cards. When integrated with BlueDiamond's mobile credential systems, Splan will be able to issue temporary credentials to access an object. At the same time, issued access cards can be tracked through the OnGuard interface and NetBox.
The Splan visitor management solution is web-based for maximum ease of use, including in enterprise solutions. Splan has streamlined visitor pre-registration, permits, notifications, and contactless check-in processes that are device or ecosystem independent. Splan's visitor management solutions include a wide range of features, including watchlist services, guest Wi-Fi setup, SMS and mobile notifications, and multi-lobby management from a single interface for visitors, employees, and contractors. The additional covid package includes, but is not limited to, contactless check-in, access provisioning, visitor tracking and notification solutions.
